It deserves its 4 stars. Brilliant place for 3 nights in Vieste, quiet hotel. The bfast staff was doing a nice job. Breakfast was great - plenty of options. The rooms were air-conditioned and included a minibar, a safe and a writing table etc...

room was good sized and met standards. there was a great dining option, infinite dolcezze, only 300 metres from the hotel. we really enjoyed everything about this property. location was within 10 min walking distance to san lorenzo o convento.
